  If for any reason you are not extremely satisfied, you can return it to us within 30 days(The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes if it’s possible, and with your packing slip, to ensure credit). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item will be processed. Note:Exception of custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered jewelry or any personalized engraved merchandise.
