HANDLE TIME

All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 3 to 7 business days, excluding holidays.Except for customized products.

SHIPPING TIME

We send our products by  UPS / DHL / Fedex. It takes approx. 7days days to arrive. These shipping time may vary at different times of the year.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification with tracking number about one day later. The realtime tracking info will be available on the official website of UPS / DHL / Fedex .

SHIPPING COST

Custom Charges

Customers can be charged for buying and importing product into their country. VLOVE does not take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these charges. Please note VLOVE does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact DHL/UPS/Fedex or your local customs office.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

If a customer refuses to pay custom charges or left parcel unclaimed, DHL will attempt redelivery. If DHL/UPS/Fedex and/or team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL/UPS/Fedex 's cut off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. There will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. If the order was able to be Returned To Sender, a refund of the purchase price will be issued deducting the shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
