1. Inquiry

Simply send your preferences with descriptions of what you are looking to create. Feel free to include pictures the more detail the better.

2. Follow Up

Ferko will contact you to gather any more information we may need about your specific design.

3. Design

Once we know we have your design just right, a quote will be provided. It will include all the details of your custom design. If you decide to proceed, we’ll set up an invoice for the CAD deposit of a non-refundable $200 to get your drawing started. It will go towards your total. Sit tight while we create a CAD design with the details of your creation, drawings can take some time to be just perfect so be patient and we should be ready for review in 3-5 days.

4. Payment

Once we have your design just right and approved, it's time for production. The remainder of the payment is required to get the project on its way. Your CAD deposit payment will be applied.

5. Production

Once the remainder payment has been made it takes 3-4 weeks to make and ship your custom order.
